On August 13, 2006, we flew to Norfolk, Virginia and rented a convertible Mustang. We drove down to Hatteras, North Carolina... located on the Outer Banks. My cousin, Linda, had rented this Gorgeous House on the beach and it had room for all fifteen of us... all of her sisters and one of her brothers and their families, and also one of my brothers and his wife. While there, Toni and I got plenty of needed rest and lots of fresh seafood. We saw the sites and toured a Light House. We also road a ferry to Ocracoke Island and ate at Howard’s Pub & Raw Bar Restaurant. Unfortunately the vacation had to end... we drove back to Norfolk and flew home on August 19, 2006. On the way back to Norfolk, we ate our last meal of fresh seafood at Dirty Dick’s Crab House and bought souvenirs before leaving the Outer Banks.
